Prices are a bit too high... staff is nice and friendly and the food tastes great.

Good food but slow,but worth it

Dirty resturant, trays on tables, wet floors, trash cans full. Service was prompt. Food ok.

The food is incredible but the inside is always a mess sticky and they take forever to get your order in the line ppl don’t pull up they make them stay at the window when they are lots of ppl behind them and it has taken more than 30 mins just to get my food

Ordered a salad lettuce was rotted, egg shell on my eggs, and bad tomatoes, honestly it looked like it was just thrown together, it should have been thrown out

Sorry to say I went there again today. Loud employees, tomatoes that look like they have been frozen. The drink machine was out of several flavors and the staff didn't seem to care. I don't think the management ever drops by for a surprise visit. They need to.

Love there salad, clean place.

Zaxbys is slack! They don’t talk to you at the window, always hands me the wrong food, I always ask for extra seasoning and they never give it to me! They always charge me for sauce and also never give it to me. They honestly have no idea how to run a fast food industry

Not open at 10:30, a few people were waiting by the door when an employee let herself in but not the customers. You could sense her annoyance so we went across the street to CFA 😄

I normally eat at zaxbys but not anymore. I had a coupon for a free wing meal. The manager had a employee come to the window to tell me they could not honor the coupon because a previous manager signature was on the card. So be aware when they give you coupon for a free meal they could not get right from a previous order.

Service has gone down hill. Employees act ghetto. Employees are extremely rude. 4 out of the last 6 times I have been there the food has not been up to par or the order is wrong.....

Never seem to get all the sauces you ask for, even though you have to pay extra for them. Also everytime we get the white cheddar bites they are either burnt or cold still.

Good food if they can get your order correct! Don't think by ordering online you can avoid this problem! 9/10 the order is wrong, but the management seems genuine and always offers a solution... and lately it seems like they've put a lot more effort in. On a positive note, the best wing sauce and ranch in town! And their salads are huge and amazing!

Sat in line for at least 20 minutes waiting to order and no one take it, hands down worst zaxbys in South Carolina, learn to take orders and take care of your customers like everyone else.

Love me some Zaxbys boneless BBQ wings.

Gave me the wrong thing. I did not order Buffolo wings. I ordered original. It was too far to take back. Was not happy. The bread was tough and the fingers were hard and dry.

So zaxbys charging $2.49 for a large cup of water. Y'all are sick when other restaurants giving water for free

Drive thru service is fast, but make sure you have the right sauces before you drive away. Also their drink cups are foam, so sometimes the rim of the cup gets bent/ dented up and that hinders the seal on their lid and they pop off.

Wonderful staff, lady walked around the tables ensured everyone was happy and if needed anything, interacted with my 2 year old daughter, excellent place to take fam and friends 👌

If you have that insatiable hunger for chicken on a Sunday afternoon, this is your place. The chicken strips are at least as good as Chick-fil-a, and the crinkle fries are even better. Totally love Zaxby's even though they spell weird.

Waited 15 minutes and was unable to place order. We left and went somewhere else.

Food is pretty good and staff was nice. It came our pretty quickly as well so you can go here for a short lunch hour. The pricing is a bit more expensive than I would like, but fast food isn't cheap anywhere anymore.

My fiance got food poisoning today from here. He ordered a traditional wingz & thingz with nuclear sauce. We should've known something was wrong with the food because we got it in less than 2 minutes and before we got our drinks. Long story short here i am now up @ 12:26 am taking care of him from their unsafe food!

Great food! Overall great experience. I visit this location at least once a month. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism of the manager on this visit. I shouldn't hear a manager raising her voice to the crew as I dine all the way up front. The situation was not handled properly. Treat others as you want to be treated.

Love the salads, can get grilled chicken and the lite vinaigrette dressing is tasty and only 35 calories. For fast food gives you healthy options, but of course you can get fried chicken and fries if that's what you prefer.

This place is all ways good with there food. It had decent pricing with there meals and I be never had anything wrong with the food. It is all ways good food.

My seven-year-old son loves Zaxby's sweet and spicy boneless wings I think I have spent enough money there to own stock in this company my wife and I will learn to make our own and save money. Great food though

Pretty good food! The salad I got was really well put together & tasted amazing! I also got the Buffalo chicken dip with their chips, which was also equally delicious. I also love that they have an option for celery and ranch as a side dish. Healthy options always make me smile!

The food was good. But we had to wait over 10 minutes at the drive thru. When the crew member brought my food she said I almost forgot to bring my order.

The whole place is sticky and gross. The food is fine but it's like the inside never gets cleaned. Their drink dispenser is also so unsanitary... its never cleaned and all types of drinks go out the same nozzle so your drink will alwats taste funny.

Great food! Not very budget friendly, though.
